The brainchild of Berlin H. Manalaysay, the story follows the heroic exploits of Empoy, an orphan boy who after witnessing a spaceship crash and interacting with its cyborg occupant, was entrusted with the armor turning him into Earth’s protector: Combatron.

Play Karaniwang Tao anywhere in the country and only one name comes to mind, Joey Ayala. Born Jose Iñigo Homer Lacambra Ayala in the province of Bukidnon, he brought forth ethnic sounds into the mainstream. Integrating ethnic instruments with modern pop, he created a truly unique sound.
